An American Heart Association (AHA) CPR and AED Certification trains individuals to handle cardiac and breathing emergencies. It includes: 1. CPR: Techniques for adults, children, and infants. 2. AED: Using AEDs to restore normal heart rhythms. 3. Choking Relief: Methods to assist choking victims. 4. Using an Epi-Pen 5. Basic First Aid The certification combines practical and theoretical training and is valid for two years before renewal is needed. Renewal can be done through this class.
